PAYMENT POLICY

1. You understand and agree that Focus Home Tuition Academy will deduct its service charges 50% fee received in the first and second month payment & remaining months you will get 100%

2. Rule (1) will be applicable for every new tuition arranged by Focus Home Tuition 

3. If any new tuition is provided by our client, we will deduct the charges mentioned in Rule (1).

4. Academy’s charge plan is fixed one; Rule (1) will be strictly adhered to.

5. You have to take one free demo class & No advance payment will be done.

6. Don’t ask any excuse in Rule(1) & No Refund will be given.

RULES & REGULATIONS

1. You will get home tuition when your profile is matched with Parent’s Requirements.

2. Quality of teaching should be assured by the tutor , If found unsatisfactory, your assignment will be cancelled. Don’t use mobile phone during tuition hours unnecessary.

3. No tutor can collect the payment directly from the client unless allowed by our coordinator

4. Collecting the fee directly from our client & Continuing our client home tuition without our knowledge are illegal. If any tutor doing like this , the tutor has to pay penalty charge of ten times the fee as per legal notice.

5. Any misconduct to the client or to the academy , your assignment will be cancelled.

6. Tutor should properly inform the academy at least a month before quitting any tuition assigned.

7. Tutor doesn’t have right to refer other tutors directly to our client.

8. You Know and agree that the relationship between ACADEMY and you will not be considered as an employer and employee relation.

9. Tutors should submit their tuition report 2 weeks once through WhatsApp.

10. Physical or Mental Harassments to Students/Parents is strictly prohibited.

11. Tutors don’t have any rights to discuss personal matters with parents or students.

12. After getting our client contact number tutor is full responsible to take demo class & success of home tuition.

13. Consecutive failure of 2 demo class/home tuition by any reason, we won’t give any further home tuition.

14. You will get tuition fee after completing scheduled classes only.

15. Diverting from the “ACADEMY” rule is strictly prohibited.

I agree with the payment policy, rules & regulations and ensure that I will abide the same in any situation
